Roly Pony offers worldwide delivery, all orders are shipped from UK and are packed by us – no third parties, you can call/email us and we will be happy to answer any questions or take special instructions, say add a note to your present. Hidden duty is unfair, our stock is based in the UK, you will not be charged duty on UK orders; for shipments outside of UK please note that customer is responsible for local duties/taxes. Delivery options are available at check out, stating expected shipping time. We ship all orders received by 12pm the same day so you can trust us in say getting birthday gifts on time.
